The Goal is to provide the finished product with a soft texture and good creaminess even at refrigerated temperatures.
Special propoerties are ensured for the product based on the specific application. For example, in the case of cheese analogs, the proposed oil solution helps create a stringy consistency to emphasize the characteristhic features of dairy fat.
Depending on the requirement, hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated, lauric or non-lauric fats can be provided. RSPO Certified version are also avaliable.
